Welcome to our new apparel site! Items can be ordered at any time during the year with no minimums from this site. All employees will receive a voucher at the beginning of the fiscal year (or when hired) and that will be their clothing allowance for the year! Any funds spent above and beyond that will be the responsibility of the employee, and will be paid immediately at check out with any debit or credit card. (PayPal is the credit card processing system we use – but you don’t have to have a Paypal account!) BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR VOUCHER CODE AT CHECK OUT!!  If you don’t and you need to apply the voucher, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund to start over. We ask that you select an embroidery color that will pop or complement the shirt. Any items that have atone on tone thread color selected may be adjusted to show up better.

You can have your order delivered to Holton and it will be couriered to your location. As with other vendors, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size or item ordered. There are sizing charts at the bottom of each page for reference. Samples will be available twice a year at the main office in Holton in January and September. Production time should be about 14 business days, but may be longer in November& December due to holiday orders.

You can check your voucher balance at anytime by going to the bottom of the home page and under the information section– click “Voucher Balance” and enter your personalized code from your original email! Please feel free to email Nancy Jo with any questions. Thank you and happy shopping!
